  Muy bien, pongamos un ejemplo:Si Juan denuncia a Jacinto por agresiones y quién debe resolver la denuncia es un tercero, es lógico que le pregunté a Jacinto su versión frente a la denuncia de Juan: si Jacinto NIEGA TODO y que tiene testigos, el que debe resolver, da por sentada como verdad inmutable la versión de Jacinto y desestima la denuncia de Juan comunicándole a este que su denuncia por agresiones ES FALSA.
